Try Mediating

It’s the simple art of being still. Making your mind quite. Free from the clutter of thoughts that keep us feeling busy.

It can begin by simply sitting or lying comfortably in a quite space. Concentrating on your breaths. Breath in, breath out. Allow your mind to be still and free of thought. Thoughts will come in undoubtedly, but just allow them in without any more thought. Let the thoughts come, and let them go.
